Fees & Costs

Your case will begin with a confidential Initial Consultation. The charge for the initial consultation is $450. You will be provided with an Initial Client Consultation Form to provide us with your basic information. If you have already been served with any documents, it is very important that you tell us when you call to schedule your initial consultation so that we can timely respond to any deadlines.

Part of what will be discussed and decided upon in the initial consultation is the amount of the retainer fee that you must pay to hire us. We know that our clients' money is important, and we strive to keep our clients' fees and costs reasonable. Our use of a highly trained paralegal for many of the tasks in your case and our recommendation to utilize mediation in most cases serves to significantly reduce costs for our clients. We will send you a retainer letter setting forth the financial details of our representation.
